Jake is the son of two huge Lord of the Rings buffs. When they introduced him to The Hobbit at the tender age of nine, he fell in love with fantastic fiction. Two decades later, that love hasn't diminished (though he likes to think it has matured). He enjoys reading and writing M/M (Male/Male) romances, particularly those with a strong fantastic bent. He spends a great deal of his time wandering around the trails in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. He likes to believe his meandering counts as actual exercise.
